Let's Party!

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

Request a party here

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK? 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party.  The balance of your party is due and payable prior to the party.  Your deposit is transferable to another available date/time if requested more than 14 days before your scheduled party date/time. 


​WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • Use of the TPAC fridge, freezer, tables, and chairs.  

  • Rectangular tables that are 8 feet in length (we recommend 1 tablecloth for every 8 guests).  

  • TPAC supplies a cake knife and matches.

  • 15 guests including the birthday child and participating siblings. 

ADD-ONS

  • Add $50 for up to 20 guests and add $95 for up to 25 guests.  TPAC requires a commitment to the maximum number of guests 3 days in advance of the party.

  • Light up wands are $5 per guest 

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
Birthday family has use of the studio 15 minutes prior to the party and 15 minutes after the party.

WHERE ARE THE PARTIES HELD?

We are located at 31 Union Avenue in Sudbury in the Chiswick Park Plaza.  Click here for directions to our studio.  Parties may take place in our Main Space or The Loft, which is three doors down from our Main Space location through the Field House entrance.  The Loft is on the second floor with no elevator access.  

WHAT CAN WE BRING? 

  • Decorations

  • Cake and/or ice-cream

  • Pizza

  • Drinks

  • Paper goods

  • Candles

  • Any food items you want to serve

WHAT NOT  TO BRING

  • Anything containing nuts or tree nuts (we are a peanut- and nut-free facility).  

  • Pinatas are not permitted at the studio.

ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Every participating guest who enters our facility must complete and sign a waiver upon arrival.  All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. 

ARE PARTIES PRIVATE OR ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES GOING ON AT THE STUDIO?

There is always a chance that there will other TPAC activities going on during your party, however you will have exclusive use of the birthday room.
